The training of guards shall be in accordance with the following program:
Pre-employment.
Licensed security guards have supposedly undergone the appropriate training prior to the issuance of security guard license. In addition, prior to signing of contract of services, the guard shall be oriented on: company policies, rules and regulations; client policy, rules and regulations pertaining to security guards; contract prices and mandated deductions from salaries and wages; and other terms and conditions of the employment contract.
In-Service Training.
During employment, security-related related trainings shall be made available to the security guards, including but not limited to:
Basic Industrial Security & Safety Awareness- Fire Fighting, Prevention and Control
- Marksmanship and Gun proficiency
- First Aid
- Community and Public Relations
